We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than verified manufacturing defects.
Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: donpardico@outlook.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos clearly showing the defect
- A brief description of the issue
To qualify for a replacement:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- The defect must be a manufacturing error, not damage caused by wear, misuse, or handling
Once approved, we will replace the item.
If the same item or size is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns due to change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.
- We reserve the right to deny a replacement if the product shows signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.
- All replacements are subject to stock availability.
- This policy does not cover minor variations in color, texture, or pattern, which are normal in garment production.
